Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can start a return or cancellation request directly through your customer account: https://shopify.com/106522607956/account

Returning items Once you've notified us, you have 14 days to send the items back. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless we have stated otherwise.

Refunds We will refund the full order value, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return request — or once we've received proof that you've shipped the items back, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, or to goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
