Shipping policy

At Folk and Form Studio, we want you to love what you receive. As all our pieces are vintage and one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Please contact us at verity@folkandformstudio.com before sending anything back.

EU customers: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly described.

Non-returnable items: Items that have been damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
